     "The other offers that I have gotten have not interested me. I am joining a consulting firm in Chicago... and will be generating a business book primarily in the Denver area, although Chicago is a key point of consulting for me as well. This will allow me the flexibility that I seek at this point in my career as well as the open-ended compensation."
